Alcohol, illegal drug, or non-prescribed drug use or possession is strictly prohibited.
Any resident may be tested at any time, at the discretion of the house manager.
All prescription and over the counter medications being taken must be disclosed to Park House Sober Living staff prior to admission or, if prescribed after admission, immediately on receipt of prescription.
• If psychotropic medication is prescribed, they must be taken as prescribed to remain in the house
• Taking or possessing prescription drugs that are prescribed to someone else is prohibited.
• Any prescription(s) that are not allowed to be filled in the house must be taken and shredded by Park House Sober Living staff as there can be no unfilled, non-approved prescriptions in the house.
Violence or the threat of violence is prohibited. Yelling and disruptive behavior is prohibited.
Curfew must be followed. If arriving after curfew, call or text the house manager, and make sure you receive a response. Anyone arriving after curfew will be tested.
• Sunday through Thursday nights: 10:00pm
• Friday and Saturday nights: 12:00am
Overnight guests are not allowed.
The house must be kept clean. Each resident must keep their clothes and bedding clean, pick up after themselves, and contribute to the maintenance of the house.
The Park House Does allow vaping. We are #VapeFriendly
Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas provided that the ashes and buts are disposed of in the proper containers.
No resident may possess a weapon during the entire length of the stay.
Automobiles on the property- drivers must be licensed and insured. Cars must have current registration.
Laundry Etiquette- Use appliances at your own risk. Park House Sober Living provides laundry facilities as a convenience and does not assume responsibility for any damage to clothing or loss. Please do not overload machines. All house members must be attentive to their laundry and may not leave their laundry in the machines for more than 15 minutes after the cycle has been completed. Park House Sober Living is not responsible for lost valuables or cash.
The house manager has the authority to impose additional rules as needed. Any interpretation of House Rules will be solely made by the house manager.
Violation of any House Rule(s) will result in repercussions administered by Park House Sober Living, up to and including removal from Park House Sober Living.
